The Model Ahoi ensures a safe start in life. The upper material is made of pure, cozy boiled wool fabric from new wool, which is characterized by its natural thermoregulation. The fashionable applique and heel cap—made from noble elk leather—immediately catch the eye. The lining is very soft, made from vegetable-tanned calf leather, which is perfect for baby first walking shoes because vegetable tanning is a purely plant-based and natural method of processing animal hides. Additionally, a foam sole covered with calf leather ensures a soft step. The newly developed sole remains flexible while still providing secure footing. The sole of the first walking shoes is a blend of leather and thermoplastic (TPR) material. The non-slip TPR material is precisely embedded into the leather and further stabilizes the entire walking shoe.
